Door
Manager
Xtreme Entertainment is seeking a candidate for the position
of Door Manager. The role of the Door Manager is to ensure
that all
customers attending events are properly greeted. This position
also has responsibility for receiving admission from customers
and ensuring that funds are accurately counted and accounted
for. The Door Manager will be required to setup and breakdown
for all
events. The Door Manager must be dependable, able to work in
a fast paced environment, customer service driven, yet have
the ability
to be assertive when necessary. This individual must possess
a high level of integrity and accountability.
Door Assistant
Xtreme Entertainment is seeking a candidate for the position
of Door Assistant. The role of the Door Assistant is to ensure
that
all customers attending events are properly greeted. This position
is responsible for collecting admissions tickets from each customer,
maintaining the VIP/Guest Registry, ensuring that customers entering
the event are stamped and ensuring that customers re-entering
the event display their stamp. The Door Assistant will be required
to setup and breakdown for all events. The Door Assistant must
be dependable, able to work in a fast paced environment, customer
service driven, yet have the ability to be assertive when necessary.
This individual must possess a high level of integrity and accountability.
Bartenders
Xtreme Entertainment is seeking experienced and attractive
bartenders. Candidates must have bartending experience
in a restaurant, nightclub
or similar setting. Selected candidate must be able to work
in a fast paced environment, must have a proven track record
of
exceptional customer service and must be able to handle cash
with accuracy
and speed. Must be dependable, honest, and a have great personality.
Must have at least 1 year bartending experience in fast environment.
Security
Officers
Xtreme Entertainment is seeking experienced Security Officers.
The role of the Security Officer is to ensure a safe and
friendly environment for all patrons and employees. Security
Officers
will be responsible for checking identification to ensure
that individuals
entering events are 21 or older, controlling the flow of
traffic throughout the event, taking a proactive approach
with patrons
exerting assertive behavior, ensuring that individuals entering
the event have been properly stamped. Security Officers must
have at least 1 year experience in a nightclub or similar
setting; attended
formal training and have obtained certification as a Security
Officer.
Street
Promoters
Xtreme Entertainment is seeking individuals with a firm commitment
to excellence for our Street Team Promotions. These individuals
will be responsible for disseminating flyers and other
promotional materials, placing printed materials on vehicles,
engaging
in conversation with prospective customers. You will be
representing Xtreme Entertainment
at other clubs/venues, retail outlets, restaurants, and
malls during core hours. Street promoters must be articulate,
dependable,
have
transportation, willing to promote during core club hours
and have excellent interpersonal skills. Candidates for
the position
of
Street Promoter must be at least 21 years of age. Interested

Disc
Jockey’s
Xtreme Entertainment is seeking DJ’s that are well versed
in all types of music, including, but not limited to R&B, Hip
Hop, House, Neo-Soul, Reggae, and Jazz. DJ’s must be able
to MC events, creating excitement and enthusiasm. DJ’s must
be articulate on the microphone and have ability to energize the
audience. DJ’s must be dependable and possess a high level
of confidence. Interested candidates must have at least 2 years
experience as a disc jockey, preferably in a nightclub setting
or on urban radio.
